This page explains what happens with your data when you visit The Tenant Lab (thetenantlab.com).
Who is responsible
The site is run by Redouan Bulaid, the Netherlands. Questions about this page can be sent to r.bulaid@nowcloud.nl.
Google Analytics (only with your consent)
I use Google Analytics 4 to understand which posts are read and how visitors find the site. This only happens if you click Accept in the cookie banner.
- If you click Decline (or ignore the banner), Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no analytics cookies are set.
- If you accept, Google sets the cookies
_gaand_ga_*to recognise returning visitors, and receives your IP address (which Google Analytics 4 does not store), the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. - Advertising features and Google signals are switched off, and I do not share the data with other parties.
- Google may process data outside the EU. See the Google Analytics privacy information.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Choosing Decline there also removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

Hosting
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like every web server, the host may log technical data such as IP address and requested page for security and operation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data I hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Use the contact address above, or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
